Depending on why your giftee was suspended they may have the ability to become unsuspended. You will receive an email if they become unsuspended before the exchange shipping date. 

If they do not become unsuspended or have been suspended due to a duplicate account.

You will be rematched 5 days after the end of the exchange ship date.
